Why Use a Nutsert?

To attach components where it may not be possible or desirable to use a traditional nut and bolt.  Rivnut strength provides higher torque range than a regular nut.  When installed properly, the rivet nut becomes a permanent part of the installation. Bolt can be removed and reinstalled repeatedly with no loss of holding power. For use in plastic, aluminum, steel, fiberglass or wood.
